At the time of the order the confetti sweater was mostly pink. Order came today and it is mostly blue/purple. When I go back to original order, the pic of the sweater is no longer there. It is a nice sweater but think the “swap” or “substitute” should have been revealed to the customer prior to delivery.

The sweater originally shown when you placed your order was a cream base with beautiful pastel confetti colors—which is actually why I named it Confetti Kisses. Unfortunately, the product photos/colors changed after several orders had already been placed, and I’ve been working with the warehouse to figure out exactly what happened.
I’m just an honest girl trying to run an honest small business, and situations like this are incredibly frustrating on my end too. When something happens behind the scenes that is outside of my control, it can still reflect on my business and my customers’ experience, and I take that very seriously.
