Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, or damage will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
